BEECROFT CRICKET CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Player Details
The personal information collected is used for the purpose of registering you with the cricket association HK&HDCA of which Beecroft Cricket Club is a member.
I hereby understand and give Beecroft Cricket Club permission to provide club sponsor(s) (Platinum & Gold only) personal email addresses in order for them to send marketing and business updates too. Players can unsubscribe from this service upon receiving the correspondence from the sponsor(s).
2) Photography, Imagery and Videography
I hereby give Beecroft Cricket Club permission to use Photography, Imagery and Videography taken during club games, training sessions and events to promote the club via social media and the club website.
3) Declaration
I hereby release the Beecroft Cricket Club, a division of Beecroft Sports Club Inc. (the Club) including the Committee and Officials in accordance with the constitution and playing rules of the Club from any responsibility for injury or loss whilst the Player is involved in Beecroft Cricket Club activities.
4) COVID-19 Vaccination - "No Jab. No Play"
I hereby understand the Beecroft Cricket Club (BCC) mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy that states all members and volunteers (coaches, managers and officials), for Junior & Senior cricket programs, over the age of 16 years old must be double dose vaccinated with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine in order to participate in all club activities.
This policy includes activities such as (but not limited too): attending training, playing in a HKHDCA official cricket match for BCC, attending club held social events, coaching/managing junior cricket team(s) and representing the club as a game official (i.e. umpire).
The above policy also covers parents of players who participate in all forms of the Junior Cricket Program (i.e. Cricket Blast and U10-U17 age groups) organised by Beecroft Cricket Club.
Beecroft Cricket Club strongly encourages parents of children 12-15 years old to organise for their child to receive at least one dose with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine prior to the season commencing.
Beecroft Cricket Club encourages parents of children 11 years and younger to follow TGA advice on vaccinations for their child.
This policy is subject to change based on Public Health Orders, which includes allowing unvaccinated members of the public to join and participate in community sport from the 15th December 2021.
